The Steuben and LaGrange County Soil and Water Conservation District organized an engaging Water Day for the AMS 8th-grade science classes. During this hands-on event, students explored microorganisms and aquatic insects. They conducted tests to measure water acidity, oxygen levels, and other important factors. This exploration revealed how various forms of life, along with chemical and temperature conditions, indicate the overall health of water. The testing today showed that the water at the site was healthy! #SteubenStories
